Default Why Mustang owners are smarter people

I'VE READ:
Speed Blindness is a known phenomenon where the brain adjusts to increased sensory input my speeding itself up. Thus making the person feel like everything is moving slower than it actually is. NASCAR and F1 drivers experience this all the time.

I always catch myself unaware with this condition. Then I take a glance at the speedo to find out I am going near 90 mph without making a concious effort to do it. Much worse in a sport bike. Thank God for upgraded brakes and rotors. Yes, I recommend anybody that increases their engine power to increase their stopping capabilities also. Usually you would realize you need better brakes only after an accident already occurred.

So, when you increase brain processing speed, you are actually flexing your brain muscles (figuratively). Thus making them stronger and better capable of processing data... and that is why Mustang owners are smarter than your average person.

Have a great and safe weekend!

Alas, there is just about as much empirical evidence to show, that when it comes to irrational and fiscally irresponsible spending, Mustang owners are not smarter than your average person.

The fact that you can deduce that has got to be worth an IQ point or 2 though....aaaaaaaaaaaand we know cars MUCH better too.

Now if we can just figure out women

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but I just saw a news report the other day on the news on what kind of person drives a particular type of car....and I kid you not, the news report stated "if you drive a Ford, you are likely to be non-college educated and are not internet savy". Of course they gave high marks for those who drive a Honda.

Ouch. I have a degree and can turn my computer on. I bleed Ford Blue. Argument contested.

It should actually be that Honda drivers are coffee drinkers as we've all seen the Folgers cans on the backs of their whips.

Oh, I agree that argument is contested....for I have not one, but 4 college degrees, and I am firm beliver that if I can not find something on ebay or the internet, then it does not exsist. I may not be a computer rocket sciencetist, but I know enough about my computer to post on AFM. I have owned 7 Fords since having at least one college degree, and of those 7, 6 Fords after all my college.

up with the main thread, i disagree with the whole ford owners having a lower amount of education, mustang drivers should be placed in our own categories. i bet there would be a huge variety in people that do!

Nothing to do with you and your accomplishments...I know some pretty smart folk without any college and some dumbass useless PhDs. Of course, there are many very smart folk that actually do something with their terminal degrees. My major prof was an MD. PhD....gosh he was smart and I felt really smart when I was around him. Unfortunately, my IQ dropped as soon as I left his office or lab, and by the time I hit the parking lot, I must have lost 50+ points.
