Is there anywhere i can get black overlays for theese things? im wanting to by the CF dash pieces from Carbign craft. but they dont offer anything for the air bag and im afraid it would be a eye sore.

So any help would be appreciated!

I Cant post a picture because of shitty Iraqi internet, but im talking about the 2 doors that seperate when the airbag deploys.

They are right above the glove box and bewteen the passenger side air vent and the 2 center vents.

AHHHH! Gotcha! I thought you were talking about the "side air bags" on the seats!

There are plenty of pre-cut kits online. You could always get a full pre-cut real CF kit from a company like Roush, or you could get a full pre-cut CF vinyl kit from Rvinyl Head Light Tint, Taillight Tint, Window Tint, Dash Kit for about $37.

you could paint the doors black too which would probably look better.

What kind of paint would i need to do it? and if anyone has actually done it what prep work is needed?

So i pulled the trigger on all 4 Carbign craft peices, so now i have to wait till march when i get home to install them Pretty excited,normally im not a huge CF fan, but when i saw them in 5.0 magazine i thought it looked badass!

Those look great but man are they pricey...they have the airbag doors painted in their picture which looks good, but the sticker wouldn't look bad either.

To paint it just scuff it up real well, clean it with some degreaser, such as Prep-All, and tape everything off really well. make sure you clean it really well if you use a lot of armor-all and stuff like that.

Yeah they are the real CF replacements. i was originally just going to get the center console, but then i figured why not get em all

Yeah they were/are pricey, but right now the US government is paying for me to risk my life, so i figure i might aswell put the money to good use Next up will be the GT500 steering wheel and then my S/C.
