Default My New 2010.5 Mustang GT

Here are all the pic's of my new stang in process, and will get the finished up as soon as i get the wax complete.

TO put it a good way, i read up on everything i wanted to do, i have never worked on cars before, and never done anything like this. The car was ordered from Ford 7 weeks ago, and i started all the modification with 22 mile on the car.

Started with strippng any wax on the car, and starting to put the front and roof decals on the car.

Then moved to the Flowmaster 309 stainless.

Default Day two

Removed the back and put the whited out back on and removed the Gt's from the side to put the side stripes on also.

Removed the tires and taped them off, so that we can paint and clearcoat them the color of the car. Kona Blue.

Default Day Two Cont...

The wheels painted, and moving on the finished up the sides. Wheels took 10 hours to do. hehe

Then tried to finish up the stripes on the side, and redo the front end. 4 coats of paint on all, and 6 clear coats on each.

Then moved to the emblem on the wheels, removed the Red / White / Blue, and make it

Kona Blue / White / Kona Blue. So it would match the car.

Will post more then sun comes out. LOL

Default Grille

Well according to Rouch's site, it was to be, but it really was not once you just figured out how it was held on. Following the directions from the internet, it would have taken about 3 hours, they said to take off almost the entire front end.

We didnt, just figured out where to unhook it and redo it from there.

Default Final Wax

Here are some pic's of the final waxing.
I put a coat of Can' Oil, and let that harden. Then put a coat of Synwax on top of that for maintance.

Pic's are Headon, Left, Right, Quarter, back.

Then Customized the Mustang logo, to Blue white Blue, and the paint from the remainder of the car, so match's the coat.

Default The detailing

The work was not that hard, it was actually pretty easy if you just hit up youtube, and other sites, they all explain what and hows. The rest is just taking your time.
