I asked my dealer for the dealer number and the guy I spoke to got very snotty and defensive (my salesman was out) so I looked on my order and found a number but it had an "A" in the middle 52A017 and the voice prompt asks for the 5 digit number. Anyone know of another way to find your dealer number? The Dealer is North Central Ford in Richardson Texas I have all the other info I need to try the number again. Should I eliminate the "A" and try it?

These cars make people crazy I think!

Side note. Damn tbird knows Im selling it and insist on falling apart now.
In just the last month, ABS light sporatic, turnsignal switch dying. Best/worst of all! freakin catylitic convertors coming apart inside!!! giving a nice little rattle. For sale signs going up tomorrow after I clean her up. Parents said not to worry about a car until I get mine, they have an extra.
I swear it knows im selling it.

How is it that you get a regioanl priority 1???? I'm sure that you deserve to get the car ASAP as much as anyone else... but why is this case so special, you ordered originall just 3 months ago. That's hardly much of a long wait, whatta ya think PC and Speed?????

Some people are just born lucky it seems... I know my dealer had to call in a favor of some sort to get mine built as an 05 (after someone screwed up and bumped a stock GT order ahead of mine)...

I was thinking 3 months is kinda short myself... but hey, do what it takes to get your build pulled I guess. =)

I don't know, I don't know the circumstances behind it, I think dealers get that option if something terribly goes wrong, like a car that fell off a truck or something, I guess you would have to ask a Ford salesman, like Carlos, Fred-Fred or someone else. That would be a rip if the dealer just did it though for no reason.

I can relate to that, someone at the dealership (who they refuse to reveal) screwed up and had Ford pull number M100 instead of mine M001, That would have meant number 100 would have got serialized before mine (Number 1)
Needless to say I was not a happy camper until they called later and said it was corrected.
