I want to replace the factory silencer. I was thinking something like Flow Master. I heard a guy's 2005 GT with Flow Master Classic 40's. I love Flow Master but I wasn't impressed. He had a noise coming from the exhaust that came at a specific high RPM. Some type of rattling or resonating. It didn't sound right. We put it back up on the jacks to check all mount points and no metal on metal anywhere! It sounded real good otherwise. It did however increase the noise more than I would like on the inside. I'm looking for a good sound outside. The classic GT rumble without to much increase noise inside. Is this possible? Who has tried other after market silencers and was pleased? Maybe the Delta Flow would be better?

That's the noise I've heard from every flowmaster I've heard. Flowmaster seems to resonate thru the body more than other brands. Bassani makes some nice sounding mufflers, loud but not obnoxious almost a little like a high performance foreign car and I'm not talking about a Honda with a coffee can exhaust.
