 2005 GT in the snow
We've had two substantial snow storms so far in the Chicago area and I've had no problems driving as long as you go easy with the gas. My last car was a Lincoln LS with I believe the same transmission and TC, and the Mustang performs much better than the LS did. Contrast this with my 93' LX 5.0 - a world of difference. I used to install rear H-rated snow tires and carry around about 200 lbs of salt in the trunk. Even staring out in 3rd gear, it was like driving a go-kart on oil. Actually kind of fun. |
