Well I folded and went down and bought one off the lot. I couldnt take another thursday night of the computer lady saying c/u. I found the same car with all my options except the interior which I actually like alot. I got tan interior instead of black. Got it at msrp which isnt bad.
all i can say "holy #$%#$ s$%#" I have been smiling since 8pm last night. As soon as my girlfriend got home at midnight i took her for a cruise on PCH (huntington beach,ca) Yes i let her drive it. she has an older acura and she couldnt stop giggling from the power. Plus i kept waking up like every hour all night with anxioty to drive to work. man am I tired . My 40 mi commute this morning was a dream, also got there faster
Oh btw i test drove 2 gt's first on had 20's all around. I hate to say this but I didnt like the handling of them . I think the ones up front were too wide. Plus they didnt balance them, Thing was vibrating like i was on cobblestones.

Heh...heh...I had the same problem when I got mine - I could not sleep at all because I just wanted to get up the next morning and DRIVE!!

You did the right thing. I too couldn't wait and my horror stories were getting worse. I was pretty sure I wasn't going to get an 05 even though I ordered in 11/2004. The only change in mine was the spoiler and it has kind of grown on me. I feel for those that have to have exactly what they ordered and now may not get one at all. You gotta love those second gear burnouts even with TCS on.
