Default Request Color Recommendation

Hi,
New to forums. I plan on ordering GT and am trying to decide on a color. I love the Red Leather interior but am not sure on paint color. Saw it with Black and it looked awesome but I'm selling my black car and want something different. Narrowed it to RED FIRE or MINERAL GREY but haven't seen any pics of those combos. I'm sure the red will go great but how about the grey? Anyone have a link or a pic or a suggestion? Thanks.

You might have to wait for the 06 color combos...

The Min Gr in pictures somehow takes a brownish/gold/bronse tone that does not look the best with the ICAP red trim. In real life though it looks awesome...!!

I saw a black one with ICAP yesterday, beautiful! But as you I'm done with black cars...

Default redfire

Go with the redfire. I think it looks best with red interior from what ive seen. I also think the redfire is an excellent color. After seeing that color it had me second guessing my color choice.

It is a beautiful color! And goes great with the ICAP... Me too would have gotten that (or Sonic Blue/tan) if I wasn't 32 and am trying to stay under (away from?) the radar...

I have the Mineral Grey with red interior and love it! I was like you, I knew I wanted the red interior, but I also knew I wanted the Mineral Grey exterior... It looks great together, IMO... I also saw the red/red combo and that looks good too, but I would still go with what I got, of course, I am biased...

Either combo will look nice...

I share your "radar" concern with a red car..I've heard stories... but do you think at 32 police give you a harder time or cut you some slack? You don't think the red is just a young person's color? I'm closing in on 55 but have always wanted a red '67 Mustang - no money at 17! I just worry about my 18 and 20 year old sons behind the wheel! I know what I was like...

I am going back and forth between white and silver. I too have to have the red interior. If I was getiting a convertible I would definitely get white with the red it is such a nice contrast.

I wish Ford would offer a pearl white.

I have the white with the red interior and I LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have seen the red interior on a black GT coupe and also a silver one, looks good on both, but for me... white and red are a killer combination!

Very nice! Everyday I flip flop. I wish I could afford both.

Mineral gray kinda sucks to me. I say, Hey!! you are 55. You always wanted red. Don't get practical and go get a Mustang. Get practical and get a Mini Van. Your son's shouldn't be any part of the x's and y's. Get Fire-Red with Red interior you will never regret it. You only live once.

Hey, Now we know why there are so many options... red white and black doesn't do it anymore...

As you all see above there are many reasons and opinios. You'll have to go with YOURS!!!

Here is my story; wife said; you're too old (?!?) for the Sonic, too young for the Windveil... there are too many silver cars out there allready...

White and black I've had most my cars in the past... I don't wanna pretend I'm the highschool QB plus I don't want the SS to point at me first because my car is Ferrari red or yellow...

Mineral grey was it! That's what I had on my two previous cars (Titanium Dimond Charcoal Grey they called it...), great with wife, cops, dirt, so on so forth... Plus I LOVE it, awesome with tinted windows, smoked lights and license plate, it matches, most can't say that! Plus my rims should match, it's gonna be awesome!

But red is BEAUTIFUL!! Would match my Duce... Black is evil, awesome too!

Any day now...

Thanks for the input - if I don't get the RED, I know always regret it when I see one. I've got an appointment Friday with the dealer. I hope I can order a '05 and don't have to wait for the '06's!
