why the big difference in price between the V6 chrome exhaust tip ($46.97 each)

My guess is that the V8 price is for a pair, even though it doesn't explicitly say.

That's a good question since I just picked up a chrome tip from my local Napa Auto parts for a little over $8. Slid right over the stock tip perfectly and is 3" round and 7" deep.
