Default Cobra R Hood for 2005

I am hunting for a Cobra R style hood for a 2005 Mustang! has anyone seen a site where to get them?! I saw one today on a Silver one but could not get turned around in time to catch the guy to find out where he got it from!
So if anyone knows where to get one I`d appreciate the help in finding it!

This is the closest I've found to the Cobra hood, scroll to the bottom of the page.

If and when I ever decide to go with an AM hood, I really like that 3DCarbon heat extractor. It's by far the best looking, IMHO. I've never been big on scoops and the like. But that's just me.

RK Sport will also be offering a hood that looks like the UMPerformance.com hood. Their website is www.rksport.com They call the hood the California Dream Ram Air Hood p/n 18011005. Their introductory price is $450.00 which is very inexpensive for an aftermarket hood. It sounds like it is not available yet. Their Cal. RA hood looks a little like the hood found on the 1968 Shelby 500KR.

I know this sound stupid but what do you do with the washer fluid sprayers that are on the original hood?

05GTM, The washer nozzles can be mounted in the same location on the aftermarket hood by drilling a couple of holes. (eek!!) When RK Sport has their hood available, I'll look at mounting them on the cowl where the windshield wipers are as I'm not keen on drilling holes in the hood. I've done it on another vehicle that I put a Ram Air hood on and they work fine. Took some work to get them aimed properly, but they are out of sight and don't muck up the look of the hood.

Would not mind getting a fiberglass hood, but most of the body shops in Greensboro only want ABS type material. My Grand Prix and Trans Am had the Fiberglass SLP ram air hoods, but there is more work in getting them to look good and I guess the body places want the money fast and also don't want to have work the hoods alot and not make that much money.

All the hoods above look nice. Was looking at the Classic Design Concepts hood but they are still not taking any orders.

Thanx for all the help! I appreciate all of you trying to help me find the Hood I am looking for! I saw a Cobra R hood on a 2005 in a picture it was on a red 2005 that was sitting beside what looked like a red 2003 or 2004!

That photo looks like it was Photoshopped. If you look at the spolier on the 05 stang, you will see that it stops where the rear window starts. if you look real close at the front airdam, it is an exact match to the older stang.
