ERL on Canadian Orders?

Default ERL on Canadian Orders?
Have any canadian customers tried to call ERL from Canada?

I understand that the Canadian dealer codes are a little different. We have a Letter, and then 4 numbers.

A1234

I understand that there is a slightly different process for accessing the ERL using the canadian dealer codes.

Can anyone help me with the 5 digit code based on the 4 digits?

I dont't even know what an ERL is.

Up here we have no "Deluxe" GT, only "Premium" so I'm sure any dealer codes would differ.
