 Anyone have experience with "The Spoiler Factory"
I was wondering if any one here has had problems with The Spoiler Factory.Com. They are of course an on line spoiler dealer. I must say I have had the worst experience with them. They are rude they do not know a thing about customer service and they have lied to me on each call I have made to they. I placed a very simple order for a set of ¼ window louvers and their web site says nothing about the time it take to receive an order besides the shipping time so I felt it was completely reasonable to expect the order based on their info posted. Then to come to fine out there is a wait for painting which is fine that makes sense I would have liked to know that up front and then them seem to have no way to track your status at all once ordered. Long story short they have really screwed up my order I call today and tell them they sent me the wrong thing they sent me the trunk spoiler no the window spoiler. Need less to say I am very disappointed with them and I just wanted to see it this was the same service others have received and if no one else has ordered from them to give an FYI to everyone. It may be just my dumb luck but I have called them several time and each time it has been the same service.
