I recently was backing out of a parking lot and my front left wheel tapped the curve which lead to a small 3 inch scratch/gouge in the wheel. I have the stock GT Bullitt 17x8 wheels. What is the best method to repair this or would it be cheaper and less hassle to just buy one new wheel? I'll provides pics this afternoon.

How bad is it?


Hate to say it, but a new car will NEVER stay new, no matter what you try to do....there's always that first ding, or scratch in your case.

I'd just not worry about it, it's certainly not worth the cost of a new wheel, especially considering nobody will notice something like that!
