Just installed a S & B Cold Air Kit today!

Installed the S & B CAI kit today. Same as the Ford Racing kit. Very easy, 30 minutes tops. No reflash. No hassles, no check engine, no skips/misses. Runs smoothly. $219 delivered, a good deal IMO. 1 million mile warranty on the filter, which, at my rate of 150 miles per month, should last a while...

FYI, my car was built in February 2005, and it DID have the HC trap.

Man, that unit looks like it was put in at the factory. I like it. Was getting the trap out the hardest part?

The HC trap is still in the factory system. It is not used with the S & B system. Performance seems great, sounds a
little better up front also.

Thanks for the info Kerry and the offer for help. Just ordered mine. Had to call in there since they normally only ship UPS. Spoke to Tim and he's shipping mine USPS to Germany. Should be here in a week or two.
