Default Rim Painting Question (PA)

I'm in PA, Philadelphia area. Anyone know of any places to get rims painted?

Also about painting rims, what needs to be done, I have the upgraded wheels of the V6, the aluminum ones with the spinner. do i have to get them powdercoated? any idea of cost for doing all four?

powdercoating is the way to go, they will last 10 times longer then with a rattle job (spray can) For all four rims should run you around 300-400 at least.
