Alright, thanks for the help, wagon. I'll probably consider my options and buy a package by the end of the week
Brenspeed, Bamachips, Evolution Performance, VMPTuning, Modular Depot & DynoJoe are all crowd favorites. Good luck with your decision. You'd be happy with any of those intakes.

Don't know why I didn't get 'new post e-mails' on this thread...??
Anywho; all canned tunes are just that, canned. Ti had theirs done by SCT themselves. The Brenspeed one give less than 2 more horsepower by taking safety out.
All the above intakes are good.
For best performance you should have 93 oct in your tank when you install and put the 93 tune in. Some say they cannot afford that fuel and go with a lower one... thepower differance is LARGE. Much larger than I would ever have guesed. You lose almost half of the power gain between 87 and 93!!

Alright, this should be my last question on the subject, with the CAI installed, I should use 93 octane, right?
Yes, if you drop in the 93 octane tune. You might just want to start with an 87 octane tune and go from there. Just beware... Once you load that 93 octane tune, you'll NEVER go back to 87
