If the price is right...HECK yes...buy it!!! You can always change whatever you do not like about it. remember, money talks...bs walks. If the price is right (and only you can decide that one), everything else can be modified.

If the car is what you want and you can afford it - Yes. Now that being said, resale on the car - you may want to sell it someday and can the flames be removed without color fading? Or you will have to find someone who wants the "add ons".

Agreed... Neon has to go. The only Neon that is needed on this car is the one that you get to see in the mirror when you blow its doors off.
