I got he same grille from Blue Oval Industries. Same warping issues. But I was able to get it right using some heat, aluminum strips and clamps.. and of course some cold water to set it in. Looks great now. As for the wiring, I was able to get enough slack by removing some harness clips. Although I think it is close to being snug so an adapter / extension down the road would be nice.
