Okay, okay guys and dolls, after some serious consideratiion and much persuasion from friends and family, I have finally come to my senses and went ahead with a few exterior mods. I finally got the ducktail spoiler fiasco resolved and have a replacement ducktail spoiler. I had it painted and installed, plus I decided to keep the aggressive chin spoiler as well. Here are some of my latest pics and the first pics since I have added the Baer 14" rotors and the Saleen suspension/lowering kit. I will be adding some of these pics to my gallery for future reference. The remaining body mods will consist of a new hood, a new rear bumper cover and custom stripes. However, you will all have to wait a bit for those mods. After careful thinking, I have decided that the V6 sleeper idea is interesting, but not quite my style. I do not do enough racing to utilize a sleeper to its max capacity; but I do like style and love the GT looks for shows. Enjoy the pics. Just out of curiostiy, how does she look? For awhile there I thought she was not low enough.
It looks great! I really like the roll bar mod on the verts.I wish Ford would give us the option of having it lowered or the high boy stance.I prefered the car lowered, they just look meaner that way.
I think she's lowered just the right amount for those wheels. Looks very aggressive especially with the chin. I've always thought there was a nice thought process behind the mods on your vert.

And you know how picky I am! Not normally a convertible person, I even like the vert part. Looks sort of racy. Maybe I have just not seen a black vert yet?
Looking Great.... Nothing like a dark color and chrome!

Yes, indeed there is a thought process behind my plans for my car. Basically, I like the aggessive look, but I want everything to look like it might have come from the factory, you know have subtle changes that make a big statement. I actually planned this car out form day one and slowly (okay, maybe not slowly) it is coming together.

Either way, cool ride
How much did you lower it? Just in the back?
The Saleen kit is essentially the Eibach Pro kit, and it drops the front by 1.4" and the rear by 1.8". I am glad you like her, I am kind of partial to her myself.
Well thank you all for you great comments. I was just looking at the pics I posted, and decided that my camera phone just does not do my car justice, especially with clarity and contrast. So I thought I would update my pics with a few high quality pics. More detail is always good. Hope you like these better, again more detail is the way to go.
Basically these are the first pics that include all the body mods like the Legends ducktail, the CDC aggressive chin spoiler and the CDC light bar as well as the Baer 14" rcrossdrilled and slotted rotors, the Saleen suspension and lowering kit, the 20" wheels, tinted windows, 9" shorty antenna and everything else I have modded on the exterior....these of course do not count all the mods under the hood. I will save those pics for later.

Damn those wheels are shiny looks great dude. What size are the wheels? and how do you like the new brake/rotor setup?

Yes indeed the wheels are shinny...thanks to Mother's chrome wheel polish. The wheels are 20's. I LOVE the brake/rotor combo...this thing will stop on a dime and give you 9 cents change. It is good to go fast, but just as good to stop fast too. Plus with those big old 20's, I needed more braking power.
Maybe I missed it, but what kinda of rims are those?
Car looks great.
Unfortunately, I do not know the brand name of the wheels, for the rims came with the car. According to the Ford dealer, they are Ford Racing Performance Parts, so I am told. The dealer even gave me a borchure that showed they are from Ford Racing. Go figure.
I went ahead and updated my photo gallery pics. Most of the pics I had were done shortly after I got my girl with little or no mods. Plus the pics were not high quality, so they were a little fuzzy. I have since updated my photo gallery with up-to-date pics of my girl. These pics are of much higher quality. I left a few of the older ones on, but have added a bunch of new ones, and may add a couple more real soon. Now all I need is a hot woman to pose with my car so I can post one in Mustang Ladies....any hot ladies in Northern California want to pose with a hot car?
