Boy, THAT brings back memories. I bought my first F-150 from Riverhead Ford in 1989. I ordered it with a stick, having only driven a stick once before. The day the truck was delivered, I promptly stalled it out, then managed to get it over to the Suffolk Times lot next door. I wonder if it's still there. Anyway, after 20 minutes in the lot, it was onto Rte 25. I barely made it through the traffic circle, but was a pro by the time I got home to Southold.
It's nice to see they had a show like that. They didn't do things like that when I lived there as a kid (I've been in Virginia now for over 16 years). Looks like it was a good show.
