Hey guys, I recently put duals on my V6 And now I have to put on my GT rear bumper and I was wondering if anyone can help me with how hard the process is with taking the old bumper off and putting the new one on? Can anybody do this or should it be done at a body shop? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance!...

Actually, the two can be swapped no problem. I had a body shop do mine, but I watched and it seemed to be quick and painless. If you're mechanically inclined, go ahead, but if you haven't done something like this before just go to a body shop and have them do the swap.

Thank you very much. My brother-n-law works at a body shop so i'm sure he can do it for me. Thanks again!

its a very simple swap. no problems at all the only problem i see wil be your exhaust as the GT has cut outs so you will have to raise your mufflers to center them within the cut-outs.

Right, that's what I was told at the shop too. When I put the duals on they told me when I get the GT bumper installed I can bring the car back and they will unweld my mufflers and push them back up with no extra charge so that's good. Thankfully I already have my duals installed so all i'll need them to do is push them up and center them. Will they need to do anything to the side that already had the cut out on the original V6 Bumper or will that already be in place when I put the GT bumper on? I figure only the driver side will need to be moved. Thanks!
