thanks dude, my friend's garage can only supply the predator so he's like always convicing me to go for it. but i never have. i'm waiting for my 3.73 (daily driver) and sct now. but his 350z is getting a single turbo

plus i'll be getting foose nitrous 18" and i heard those are kinda on the heavy side.

It's kind of funny, but I get the opposite reaction of those guys who can't get people to race them, as I get people who try to test me all the time for no reason at all. It doesn't matter if it's at night, during the day time or whenever, there's always one person who seems to think they have to try to race me to prove something. Most times I don't follow the trap, other times if I get pushed to my limits, well I'll do whatever I can to try to put these guys in their place.

Such as yesterday, this guy in and old Ford pick up truck (want to say Bronco) comes barrelling up between lanes like a maniac. Loud exhaust, big mouth, just a real idiot. Guy thinks he's King of the Road or what not. Gets beside me at a red light, keeps talking **** out of his truck at me, revving his engine...exhaust just loud as heck...and I bet it could be heard as far as a half mile back if not farther. So the like turns green and Mr. Bronco guy speeds off and as I wasn't trying to race the guy, I let him go...thinking that it'll be the end of of. A few hundred feet ahead he gets stop by another light and I slowly pull up beside him, because I didn't want this guy to think I was egging him off. So the smack talking starts again, to which I didn't give a reply because let's be honest, this guy is an idiot and me trying to talk to him would only bring me to his level instead of bring him to mine. So the same old loud exhaust, engine revving crap he did at the previous light.

This light turns green and he's off the line, and I floor the accelerator. A little bit of tire noise and I'm off like a rocket (well a v6 rocket) I look up in my rearview mirror and I see this Bronco way, way, behind me. You can still here his loud exhaust and engine working as he tries to catch me. I slow down to the appropriate speed limit (as not to be caught by the hidden cops in the area) and a bout a minute or two later here comes the jerk in the Bronco...I guess his ego was broken because dude swerved in front of me (no one was in his lane) like he was trying to run me off the road. I was ticked off and seriously considered chasing this guy down but I realized it's the middle of the night, it was at least 2 guys in the Bronco, no telling if they had been drinking and I was unarmed (well with the exception of my fists). The last thing I wanted to do is get into a fight against two or three guys on a highway that really isn't busy during the night time hours, so I let it slide and went on about my business.

I really hate guys who start crap, but then get their bums handed to them act in this or a similar manner.

pretty amazing to stay quiet all that time. if it was me, i would have had said something, or spit in his face, but hey, i'm 21 and filled with rage i dunno. i hate those kinda people... pure jelousy. u made a good decision by turning back.

Trust me, it wasn't easy to stay quiet, I knew what these guys were trying to do and I know the way they were driving they had to be drinking something...well saucy. I probably wasn't the only one they did this to through out their drive, just probably the first one who put them in their place and when they couldn't handle it, they did what they did. Usually when people are talking smack on the road, I ignore them because my opinion is anyone who has to talk smack on the road when they are behind a wheel of a vehicle, is an idiot and a detriment to society. If they want to talk smack, there are plenty of places to do so...

Yeah I'm 26 and have a pretty short temper...at my worst, I've managed to punch a hole through a wooden door (and didn't feel it). While I can handle myself very well in a fight if need be, I'm not going to be stupid to try to fight 2 or more guys in a truck that may or may not have been drinking and not knowing what kind of weapons, if any, they had in their truck. I was very ticked at being nearly ran off the road and it took all of what I had to gain my composure...let's just say this happened about 12:30 a.m. last night and I haven't been to bed since, that's how ticked I was about the whole situation.

There are some times where fighting is the right thing to do (despite what others may say) and others where discretion is a good friend, so you already know which side I took in that situation.

Your a wise 26 year old man. Believe me, you made the right decision. I'm not sure if I would have done the same in that situation when I was 26. These guys sounded they like were out looking to hurt someone if they had the chance.

The 350Z's I've seen at the track haven't really impressed me all that much. They couldn't keep up with my car when it was N/A. And since I've had the blower, they're way out of their league.

You're forgetting the Ferrari box, which I believe is the fastest of them all.

And the Aston MArtin box, which you can adapt to Ford trannies. Tiger Racing uses that particular one on their Mustangs, and Ford sponsors paraplegic racers using the Aston box.
