the GTA's sound great (even better once they're broken in) and look perfect.

To those who have the GTAs, when you are cruising down a narrow street can you hear it richochet off the buildings or is it not that loud? I'm finding that the stock exhaust has some nice notes, but not often enough and not loud enough. The little burble right at start up when the motor begins to spin down is always a smile starter.

Default I am close to buying my first Mustang

I am close to buying my first Mustang, a 2005 GT convertible. I have been considering a louder richer exhaust note but don't want anything to noisy and don't want this drone that I have been reading about. Thanks for the replies to this thread and any other comments would be appreciated. Now I need to start looking at which cold air intake to consider, any ideas? Thanks

I have the FRPP's I love them nice sound no drone, the only thing that upsets me is the tips get a little rust on them, they require some TLC every once in a while to keep them nice and clean

I've had mine for 2years now and they sound great. They do get a little louder with time. I'm running them with L/T headers which makes them sound better.
