no doubt Ford will have to offer a bigger engine to compete with Camaro and Challenger. by the looks of that hood, I would say they were testing driveability on the road. you can see some styling cues bulging through the bra that resemble the Italian Stallion.

I don't know if any of you guys saw what seems to be the November 2006 issue of Road and Track, but they had a photo (doctored I'm sure as evident in the "backward" grill emblem) of what looks to be a fairly reasonable rendition of the new Mustang. It has both the Italian and Shelby styling cues. Looking at the wrapped version, I can see the hood buldge and higher looking foglamps. Whether this is indeed the car is anybody's guess.

It is interesting the auto manufacturers are bumping up the horsepower - the Insurance industry must be salivating. They get to rerate the car - and "oh yes, you have that big engine, so you have to pay more to play".
Nationwide is on your side and Allstate with their good hands - sounds like their getting ready for a colonoscopy.
