Which supercharger makes the most nosie? This will sound stupid but when I go with a sc my choice will in part be based on sound. I love the whine of a supercharger.

Probably the Procharger... I've heard them all in person (except the Magnacharger & Roush), and most are relatively quiet.

I saw a video of a Whipple it made some noise.
The Kenne Bell is pretty quiet.
Most are pretty quiet cause you cant put any boost to them without a short block.

I agree. My Lightning was relatively quiet stock. I put a 4lb pulley and an intake and it really started to whine. But unless your gonna put alot of boost through the stang you wont be satisfied on just sound alone.

Are you kidding me I've heard alot of KB and they SCREAM when on WOT. Then again the ones I've heard have been on high boost 12+ so I guess that would be a factor. I've also heard the Prochargers but I love the way the the KB screams.
Mine does not scream at idle but you know something is not normal under the hood, when you give it the gas you hear it.

You must be referring to KB's on older cars. My KB is at 12psi, and I never really hear it. Just a little on decel.

I'm sure the KB's and Saleen's would really start to scream at 16+ psi.
I didn't think you could get 16psi out of a Saleen???
Anyway, I've heard Adam's KB at 16+ psi, and again... not as loud as you would expect. Same with his wife's Whipple at 8psi.
