Brenspeed is awesome! I ordered a SOS pillar on monday and it arrived tuesday afternoon. Their customer service was great too. Responded quickly to emails and was very helpful with install questions.

I've been looking for a wheel/tire package since I got my Mustang and I finally found the exact package I wanted on the Cruizin Concepts website. When I called to order I was informed that the package I was looking for was a close-out deal and no longer available but Chad @ Cruizin Concepts put together a very similar package for me in an hour and the price was . On Wednesday afternoon i ordered n email tune from Tillmanspeed and they Chris Rose said they would send it out by 8 pm or at the latest on Thursday, so friday afternoon still no tune so i call and they said they will send it out by 8 pm again so saturday still no tune so i call again they tell me it will go out by 5 pm on saturday well it is now Sunday morning and still no tune, luckily they have not charged me for it yet.

I emailed them saying i was npt mad but really disappointed in their customer service, i know it is just a $49.00 tune not a thousand but still i was going to order other things.

I would like to apologize to Chris Rose and the guys at Tillmanspeed i over reacted to the tune issue things happen that cannot be controlled sometimes.

Here are two companys to avoid like the plague. Extreme Dimensioins and Suncoast Hoods. I already posted the problems with extreme dimensions bumpers under 2005-talk. I had very similar problems with Suncoast. I ordered a dual scoop ram air hood from them specifically because their web site touted their excellent manufacturing process. I'm here to tell you don't believe it. It cost me as much to fix their hood for them as it did to purchase it. I was promised a partial rebete from them but have seen nothing even after they twice got a detailed report of all the problems from my body shop.

Me too had issues with fit and finish of my Suncoast hood. They DID, yes they really DID, reimburse me for additional costs incured for making it work! So hopefully they'll do the same for you!

Latemodel restoration is great to deal with. After oredering an exhaust and not getting a tracking number I gave them a call. Turns out it was on back order and would be 2 weeks before they got it to send to me. They let me chang my order to a different exhaust with no sort of restock or cancelation fee.

BAMA Chips, everyone has Brenspeed; I wanted to have a little edge and glad I did. Doug at BamaChips is awesome, he will customize a tune to the mods in your car and back them up! They will email you the tune or sell you a tuner (your choice) with tunes loaded.

CJ Pony parts, Great company. A little price sometimes, but always quick, friendly, and service orentied.

STAY AWAY from Apple Ford body shop in Columbia Maryland, The F'd up my paint job. Took it back 3 times and each time was worse than before! Had to spend a cool grand to repair the burned clear coat they did.

Well the package from Lotemodel restoration showed up on time today. While Im happy with there service I cant say the same about Ford racing. The product itself looks great but the way they boxed up the dual exhaust kit was a joke. A large and very flimsy box for an 84lb. item that was almost destroyed UPS. A few clamp bolt almost got out through one of the holes in the corners.

Yeah maybe you caught them at a horrible time. I ordered an Email tune through Chris Rose and he got it to me a day earlier then expected(the next day i had it on my car).

Nick at American muscle is great too! Very great customer service, i have ordered hundreds of dollars of stuff through them. 2 CDC Chin spoilers, Maximum Motorsports Caster/Camber plates.. 2 antenna's Liscense plate frame, black out stuff for my lights. Black out panel etc.. I always got it very quick, nick provided me a discount when i was in desperate need of my suspension piece and was tight on money.

Brent at Brenspeed is also the man. Before my caster/camber plates i ordered Camber bolts through them and i got them on my second day. Even when i email these guys about suspension/exhaust or motor questions about modding, like what fits or something to that nature they are always very helpful and quick to respond.

So far, those are the only three companies i have used ALOT, i have dealt with Moss Mustang, also a great company.


All of these companies were great with speedy shipping, took time out to reply to all emails, and just all around nice people. I stick to them, i feel like giving them my money since they are just very knowledgeable and helpful people. All the companies i listed above know how to run a business!

well i guese i am the only one just my luck that has had problem with amercian musle not a big problem but still.just seem a little slow first it took a long time to get my discount code from nick which i later found out he was sick so thats cool.well then i place my order for gears on 4/2/09 at 1.00 in the afternoon they have same day shipping on there site well it did not ship till 4/3/09.then it shows it finally is moving on 4/4/09 well it is 4/6/09 late afternoon and it is still in nj i have a appt to get my gears installed on 4/7/9.it is showing it will be del on 4/8/09.that is like 7-8 days.the reasone i scheduled it on 4/7/9.is the guy on the phone said i should have it in 3-5 days at the latest i said will i have it by 4/7/09.in al if it ships today he said oh yea easy.well the way it looks is i will be lucky to get it on 4/8/9 it has to move first.i know it is ups thats doing the del but.it is not that big a deal but the reasone i spent 20 extra dollars is because of am reputation on here i could have got them for 20 dollars cheaper somwhere else.well this is just my luck.
