I had my blower installed by a few amateurs to save cash. Big Mistake. Car ran very rich and eventually stopped running. 2 months of pain trying to find solution or someone to assist. Came upon Duffee Motorsports in Phoenix. These guys are pro's. Took my case and very methodically and professionally figured out the problems and got the vehicle running like a dream. Persistently dealt with Diablo and Vortech to find the problems, which were numerous. Main issue was the tune from Vortech which was crap. These guys (Brian and Jeremy) know their stuff. Anyone having any kind of Mustang engine issues in Phoenix should seriously check them out.
Grand Design Mat, GDM. Trunk Lid Mat and Headrest Covers/Wraps. Great product, easy install and they compliment the looks of the car nicely. The trunk lid mat really cleans up the looks of the lid, makes it more presentable, especially at car shows.

I bought my car from Robert. I am in Indiana. We did everything over email, phone, and fax. He placed the car on hold without down payment for me. He gave me price discount. He faxed me the invoice. I got the loan. He faxed me all papers. I filled it up and faxed it back. As soon as he got my bank's check, he delivered it, and I got it the next day. All took 4 days with a little delay due to my bank's fault.
The car was exactly and even better than described. Price was rediculously low. Shipping was dirt cheap. He said uncovered trailer, but when the shipper arrived. It was on a covered trailer. Car runs and performs great. All power! All fun fun fun!!! Very kind, honest, down to Earth, and responsive over phone and email. Bought 9 cars in my lifetime, Robert of Hi-End Auto is the best by a mile. Yes, even better than a Lexus dealership. Thanks Robert!!!

I've been wrestling with how to handle this for a bit and I thought I'd throw it out here and see what everyone says.
Bought my 2007 in mid march of this year. the car has 33K miles on it. the sign in the window (which I wish I had kept) stated that the car is sold as is, with no warranty.
The salesman as well as the Finance manager made sure to tell me that I was almost out of warranty and they tried to push an extended warranty on me. I didn't buy their line or the extended warranty.
I remembered in the back of my brain somewhere something about this, so I wrote Ford Customer Care and they told me that the car actually has a 5yr/60K miles drivetraing warranty. Ford changed the factory warranty in July of 2006.
I went back to the dealer and was told that a) it was a mistake on their part, b) the salesman wasn't working there when the policy was changed,
I got a letter from the owner of the dealership asking how my deal went. I've replied to that email address (contained in the letter) over a dozen times with no answer.
I feel they are trying to scam people in to buying a warranty for parts that are already covered by Ford. There are other cars on their lot that show as/is when I now know they are covered by Ford.
Thinking about going to the local DA and BBB, but not sure what to do.
Well here in Edmonton.....Team Ford has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I bought my 07 Convertible there last Sept 08. The sales & Finance depts were great. The Service Dept on the other hand was useless & uncooperative. First off, when I went to pick up my new car it wasn't ready. Secondly, I later found out they forgot to put in an air filter or even reattach the air cleaner. Next was my first issue for my rear defroster. They didn't get it done or even fix it.
I work across the street from another Ford Dealership <Freedom Ford>. I took the car to them. They not not fixed the problem <broken wire connection> but put it under warranty even though it was customer abuse from previous owner. I now frequent Freedom Ford for all my needs. In fact, we <wife & I>, just bought a 08 Coupe w/Pony pkg from Freedom Ford. Besides, Freedom Ford is a SVT Cobra Dealership too.

Good idea...here goes....Stillen.com - good customer service.....Baltimore Street Mods---Rob responds quickly and very supportive.....Scott Drake, Inc...good sales reps.....Gene Evans Ford Racing...good prices, good deals.....Brothers Performance - good sales
.....CJPonyparts -good deal on shipping on Wednesdays......5.0 Resto - one overall shipping price.....MRT...fast shipping.....Graphic Express - good sales reps and good customer service......I hope I'm not forgetting any company...oh well, what the h....
Sorry to hear about your bad deal, Rojo, contact a lawyer and the BBB and report them to Ford's main office...the wheel that squeaks the loudest gets the grease....some of these dealers only respond to lawsuits which is bad p.r.(public relations)for them which could lead to a drop in sales... they can't afford that as the economy is in horrible shape.... scream from the highest mountain...tell as many people as you can...make them miserable if you can.... put an ad in the paper, whatever it takes.
Only issue I ever had was with RPM Outlet awhile ago concerning some exhaust componets I ordered - over the phone - and was told parts were in stock and since I was in the Houston area I would receive them within a day or two. After 4 days I called to find out what happened only to find out they originally cancelled my order - had them reinstate the order since they told me it would be a week to 10 days before they would have the part back in stock. I finally received the parts 5 weeks later.
Also, for those of you in the North Houston area - don't buy your parts at Planet Ford unless you call other dealers in the area and find the lowest price. They will match other dealerships prices but only if you do the legwork and bring this to their attention - they are the most expensive when it comes to buying Ford OEM parts in Houston. And make sure they have the part before you drive over there, I can't tell you in the few dealings I have had with them how many imes they tell me the part will be in and I have gone by only to be told the part will be in tommorrow. My brother in law works as a parts manager for another dealership in West Texas and tells me the parts come out of the same warehouse for all of Houston.
I do not have this problem with Lone Star Ford - outstanding parts department, except they close by 6PM and hard for me to get to. Never had an issue with them.
this is my first mustang & i'm still considering what to do with it. However, I have two recommendations - JEGS & Summitt Racing. Both are polite, knowledgeable, ship items quickly, no hassles on returns (if necessary). I will add that my experience so far at Ford dealers is less than great. OEM parts are WAY tooooo high!!
I will never deal with CruizinConcepts.com again. After a little fender bender and some more bad luck I ordered 18X9 and 18X10 Black Chrome Fr500s, and a VIS Carbon Fiber Heat Extraction Hood, and hood pins. My initial order experience with Chad was great. Got a good deal, gave me the 5%military discount, all that good stuff.
So the wheels show up quickly at the body shop. They dont touch them until the body work is done (Which is understandable). Well, as soon as they open the boxes to throw the wheels on I get a call. The wheels are different colors. So I speed down to the body shop in my little beater, and sure enough. I've got two wheels that look like black chrome, one wheel that looks like chrome(ish), and another that looks BLACK with a nice shiny clear coat. I call CruizinConcepts and talk with AlexP. He tells me that i need to take pictures. Great, pictures taken, emailed. I call him back. I need more pictures. Cool, more pictures sent. Dude won't take my phone call. Awesome, he must have left for the weekend. Finally, two days later tells me that the pictures I sent will work and they will match the wheels for me. This is two weeks after my initial order, and the attitude I got from them is that it's my problem. I'm causing them an issue, just because I like to cause issues, and like being without my Mustang. My big question is, you're mounting and balancing 4 wheels and tires, they're going to the same place, and you don't match them, or make any effort to make them look right, AND THEN you make me jump through hoops to resolve the issue.
That's just the wheels. So the hood, I order the hood from them (same order as the wheels). Chad gives me a good deal, all well and good. Money comes off the ol' Credit Card quicker than virgins in ***** houses and I get my order confirmation that says I'll get a tracking number when it's shipped. Great, no tracking number on the wheels (but they show up within a week) but the hood has no tracking number, no status update, nothing. So i email their order status. Brad sends me back an email that says he doesn't know what the status is on my hood because it ships straight from manufacturer and they don't open until noon ET. Great, I'm expecting an update sometime that afternoon. Nothing. Next afternoon, I email him back asking for a tracking number. Brad, again, tells me that its coming from the manufacturer and they have no word. SO I call, and talk to Chad again, somehow Chad can find out what the status is. It shipped 9 days after I ordered it, and it took 3days to find out where it was.
The people there (with the exception of Chad) have let me down. They promise quick service, and they give you a decent deal. HOWEVER, don't expect any service after the sale. That money is taken out of your bank account and they fall silent and do it at their leisure.

I work at a dealership (GM) and from talking to a few people they all say the same thing about Team Ford. Sales dept's great...service not so much. I was very disappointed in them as they are a fairly large dealer here in the city. As for Freedom, I have heard very very very few poor comments on any of their services. They were great to us on our purchase, they have been great to my husband with his vert and I beleive that they will treat me well also in their service dept. We have decided that this is the only Ford dealer we will deal with in Edmoton.

This is old news but worth bitchin about anyway.
When I saw my car the first time it already had about 7k in mods, one of the mods were some chrome 20's, (not my taste), so when we are talking about the price of the car I asked if they could take the 20's off and put the stock wheels back on, (clarification - this was a 2007 GTCS, they come with polished 18's). I also had a stripe painted on it before I took delivery, anyway when I picked it up I was so excited about the stripe I did not pay alot of attention to the wheels, the were the right finish so I did not think any thing of it. (clarification - this dealership has a tires for life deal if you get it serviced there), well about 6 months latter I was painting the calipers and I noticed the size of the wheels 17's. So I called the dealer ship and explained the story to them and they said the would give me a free oil change the next time I came in to make up for there mistake.
Since then I have bought after market wheels and tires so I have gotten over it but WTF, an oil change for the difference between 17 and 18 inche whells and tires.
