You may have heard me on this forum saying how bad rpmoutlet can be.
SO I thought maybe they got their act together over the year I have boycotted them and decided to give them another try because I am doing a bumper to bumber rebuild of my car. I made 4 orders over a 4 day period a couple weeks ago in preparation for my rebuild.
Of the 4 orders, one was completely lost and they have no idea whether my credit card was charged or not (deja vu) and the other three each had a backordered item that they cannot tell me if the parts will ever be in stock.
WHEN WILL I EVER LEARN??? STAY AWAY FROM RPMOUTLET!! Their prices are very tempting but are not worth the headache that you WILL have after dealing with these idiots.
Just got the headrest wraps I ordered online. Great quality and great look. These were by Grand Design Mats and can be seen at Head Rest Cover Wraps for 2005 and up Ford Mustang. Took about 3 weeks to get them in; some issue with the supply of the fabric needed, but worth the wait. The owner communicated with me often to let me know status, so that is much appreciated. Good service and good product.

Last week I got the cai, and sct tuner from John DeMolet. The set up was great. I had the cai custom painted to match the car. Came out great. I took the car on a long trip, and the milage increased 2 mpg. I had thoughts about a GT, but now cahanged my mind. The power increase is fantastic. John is a great guy to do business with. Highly recommended. You can check out 4.0 collective forums for their feed back.
Accurate Injector Service of Lake Havasu, AZ is without a doubt the worst internet business I have ever dealt with. They make rpmoutlet look pretty good right now.
They lost my fuel injectors, sent them to someone else (whose injectors they sent to me) and then had the nerve to blame me. Charged me for 2nd day air and it took well over 10 days to finally get them. Also, the promised before/after report was never provided. The jackass doesn't even have the courtesy to reply.
My advice.... Stay VERY FAR AWAY from this 2nd rate outfit. They're a fraud!
I went to Bob Baker Ford of Mission Valley earlier this month to purchase a Cali Special front fascia. Got it ordered and was told it would be in within a week. No prob. Week goes by and no phone call. At 10 days, I give them a call about the situation. Guy tells me that the person who I worked with was no longer there and that he would be handling my purchase. He was unsure of the location of the part and that he would call with an update. Another week goes by and I give him a call back. This time, he tells me that the part has been backordered and has no shipping date. WTF!??!
I had been out of work for 3 weeks and decided that this was a good time to finish some mods that I had been wating on. Since I would be without my car for 3 days, now seemed like good a time as any. I went down and got a refund immediately. Then I ordered a bumper on ebay, but it cost me an extra $100 because of shipping. So now that I'm working again, I have to be without my car for 3 days and rent one, which will cost even more money.
So thank you BB Ford of Mission Valley. Your ineptness will likely cost me about $300 more than I had intended to spend on this project.
Don't shop there. Their parts department is not knowledgable about their products.
If you are going to purchase a new Ford in the Richmond, VA area, you must talk with Ryan Pulley and Jordan Fooks at Sheehy Ford. These guys made it soooooo nice to buy my Shelby GT.
For parts, I highly recommend CJ Pony Parts and Americanmuscle.com

Mike Castrucci Ford-Lincoln-Mercury in Alexandria, KY. Great Service Dept and Customer Service to boot. Not so happy with the new sales dept. Still waiting (2 months now) for the dealer to get in a duplicate copy of the Roush 427R upgrade window sticker that the dealers prep folks accidently tossed instead of leaving in car for me. I printed off all the upgrades from the Roush Performance web site for my records, but I need the actual window sticker from Roush for the insurance coverage. The area Roush rep hasn't been much help with this, so I guess my next move is to write Roush Industries for help.
+1 to American Muscle they are awesome! I ordered a blackout panel and a set of sequentials for my best friend (Hotshot) and they arrived in a few days I wonder if he'll read this...oh well im sure he'll like them
Ninosports has good service and prices also Coastal Ford's Service Department is not bad either. Just look on the back
of my car I advertise for Coastal.

What a difference between sales and service at this dealership! I had a great time buying my 08 GT! The sales Rep Michael Gosselin was AWSOME! He took time to answer all my questions and got me a great deal. When I pulled up the next day to pick the car up he was outside doing additional detailing himself because he wasn't happy with it yet!
Great guy who obviously cares!
the service group is a whole different story. I took my baby in for her first oil change on a Thursday...they don't do appointments for these, and I arrived and checked in. I stood in the looby a while and the service manager came out handed me my keys and said it would be long time before they could get to it and I should come back another day. I discussed it with him, tried to make an appointment and he wouldn't do it, I was told it is hit and miss sometimes they are just too busy. I ended up speaking with the owner who promised the world, but just in case I tried again.
So i go in today and get a change and asked them to look at the Mobile Ease Blue tooth which is dead. The came out and told me this is an after market add on and that it didn't come with the car! i had to pull out the original window sticker to get them to finally agree to look into the issue and convince them it was factory installed. Afterwards they told me that there were so many issues that they discontinued that system and there was no replacement. they could get me a new kit if I wanted. They couldn't answer any questions at all after that ...I ended up leaving again.
I would NEVER go back again for service even if it were free. I found another dealership that we bought my wifes car from...they have a Ford dealersjhip as well so i'll give them a try. they are great at their Chevy dealership. (Crowley ford)

Ive had nothing but GREAT products AND service from all these guys!
I got my Stang from Gray-Daniels Ford in Brandon Mississippi. I felt a little pressure for awhile, as I was walking out the 3rd time, I was called back and given a "final" offer which matched what I offered to begin with! Ive called their service dept. a couple times, they couldnt give me the right answer I was looking for. I tried to get my salesman to give me my 1st oil change and tire rotation at no charge as an incentive to use their service dept. and couldnt talk him into it. Bottom line is I prob will get all non-warranty service elsewhere, and shop more than two dealers the next time i'm in the market for another Stang.
