Almost all of my "after market" upgrades have come from Moss Mustang (Moss Mustang Store - Parts and Accessories for your Ford Mustang). If you're into foreign cars you may know them as Moss Motors; they've been around for years and that experience shows when ordering Mustang parts.
They are very helpful over the phone and if your inquiry requires a call back they handle it and respond quickly. Their prices are good and delivery gets handled without delay.
No, I don't work for them but I feel it's important to support the good guys and avoid the bad ones.

Moss Mustang got my vote - and busiess - based on the quick, accurate order-filling I experienced with them, not because I first bought MG parts from Al Moss himself in the 1950s, and last saw him at a gathering of Fab 50s Southern California road racers, where he won a ribbon for his MG TC's history of racing "in anything, anywhere". He drove it to Paramount Ranch from his retirement home in Arizona. Pictures here: http://www.fototime.com/inv/6C44C452EF8C189
I bought a Roush CAI and fog light covers, from roushperformance.com and shipment was right on time, I think it actually came early. Had full installation instructions and hot line for help. There website also has online manuals for most of the parts they sell which are the same as what they send with the products. Really helps you figure out if you are going to be able to put the parts on yourself. They made it to where even a novice who had really never worked on a car could put the thing on. Full pictures and instructions for both.
Great idea for starting this thread I don't like using the vendor feedback on the sites. Just don't trust them. Love to see real feedback from people.

Reason: add additional info
Just ordered 8" shorty antenna from americanmuscle.com and got order in 4days . No issues, product was delivered within time frame they stated and they issued all tracking info to my email. Would not hesitate to use them in the future. Glad to see an online sight that does what they say.

I've orderd alot of items from alot of companies. In my opinion they don't deserve a gold star for doing there job correctly.
I will however bash the crap out of the one company that totally sucked. RPMoutlet.com, you guys were horrible. Take my order, list items as in stock. Course there not instock, tell me you cancelled the non instock items, then don't refund me, then a month later WHILE I'm still trying to get my refund you ship me all the parts that you should have cancelled. Then don't issue a UPS pickup tag like you said you would. Force me to call UPS to refuse delivery, Still don't issue me a refund. Force me to reverse my CC charges, go through the stupid CC company mediation proccess. Then 2 months after I orderd originally the CC company refunds my ENTIRE order amount because you didn't reply to them, and then 3 months AFTER the CC company screws you for the entire amount you finally refund me for the cancelled parts. WTF? are you guys cheefing the good stuff while at work over there?
I just now read this but i highly agree!! RPM outlet S*@&# A@#.. They has some good prices and the shipping was fast, but my first order half the stuff was missing.. I finally got that.. So i tried them a 2nd time I ordered a tci superstreetfighter converter.. ha they Fd me again.. I got the streetfighter converter.. I was tiked, after a week of fighting with them i gave up adn just took my 500$ loss and installed the converter... Im still ticked because im looking into a better converter so a 1000 purchase is turning into a 2000 purchase... they suck bigtime!!

I just got my order from Midwestautogear.com. Everything was great with shipping emailed me tracking info and order was delivered within 5days. I ordered the Plenum cover, fuse box cover and radiator extensions. All parts were painted to match car color. All parts look great and everything but the radiator cover for the driver side fits like a glove. The website didn't mention anything about the part not fitting cars with an after market Cold air intake. My car has a Roush CAI and the radiator extension on that side won't fit. I guess I get to test there return policy now! Keeping my fingers crossed. They have been great with everything else, so I am hopeing they won't give me any problems with returning the radiator extensions. So far I would recommend them to anyone wanting to dress up there engine bay.

Just a quick update for anyone who comes across these post. Midwestautogear really stands behind their parts. As I said below I have a Roush CAI and turns out it is just about the only after market CAI that the radiator extensions don't work with. Anyway, they replied to my concern the next day and have offered to modify the drivers side and send me a new one without even sending back the brand new one they sent me. I just have to make a tinplate of the part and send it to them and they are going to custom make one to fit. I almost fell over when I was talking to the guy. Usually you get all kinds of problems and excuses when dealing with these parts sites. All I can say is wow!

I don't know if this is what the thread is asking or not, but if you are around the Pullman area and looking to buy a new 'Stang, I would recommend Jess Ford of Pullman. Very friendly and not sleazy in their practices.

On February 20th 2008 I purchased a vehicle from Sheehy Ford in Ashland Virginia. During the contract negations and reviewing all the amenities, I requested from the sales person a Jeremy Snyder if the vehicle I was about to purchase had the original manufactures warranty attached. Jeremy Snyder stated to me emphatically the original manufactures warranty still applied and that it would be in effect until the end of December 2008 or when the car reaches 36000 miles which ever came first. Also on the Sheehy Auto Inc web site displaying the vehicle it stated that the original manufactures warranty applied as well as the vehicle sales sticker showed that the warranty applied. During signing the sales contract and reviewing the financial agreement with Brian Atkins the finance manager I asked again if the original manufactures warranty was attached. Per Mr. Atkins the original manufactures warranty was still attached and I would need to purchase an extended warranty after the original manufactures warranty had expired which would be at the end of 2008 or when the vehicle reach 36000 miles which ever came first.
On March 21st 2008 my vehicle started to have mechanical and electrical failure, first there is a vibration coming from the exhaust system. Second the battery did not hold a charge, third the driver’s side window, would not close properly. On Monday the 24th of March 2008 I drove my car to Sheehy Ford in Midlothian, to have the mechanical and electrical issue taken care of under the manufactures warranty. I spoke with a Mr. Rob Baldwin, he explained to me that first who ever filed the original paper worked did it incorrectly and that I was listed as purchasing a Ford Explorer not a 2005 Ford Mustang, and that another person was listed as purchasing the 2005 Ford Mustang that I had purchased. I then promptly contacted Wachovia Dealer Services to insure that they had me listed as purchasing a 2005 Ford Mustang and not a Ford Explorer, they informed me that the paper work is correct but that in February Sheehy Ford of Ashland had submitted incorrect paperwork showing that I had not purchased a 2005 but a 2006 Ford Mustang and that they had to have Sheehy Ford correct all the paperwork and resubmit it. Then Mr. Rob Baldwin informed me that the original manufactures warranty had expired on the 28th of October 2007, and that it no longer applied. This would mean that on the day I signed my sales agreement and I was told by Jeremy Snyder and Brian Atkins as well as the vehicle sales sticker and the internet advertisement for the vehicle I was purchasing had the original manufactures warranty still attached when in fact the warranty had expired 3 months and 24 days earlier which is fraud and misleading. I was also informed by Mr. Baldwin that Sheehy Ford of Ashland was aware that the warranty had expired because when they where performing the Sheehy Ford 100 point certification they had to fix minor issue’s which they annotated that the repairs where not being covered under the warranty because the warranty had expired.
Mr. Baldwin did explain to me that the issues that I was having with my vehicle would be repaired because it fell under the Sheehy Certification program which meant that they would cover any issues as along as it was with in 2000 miles or 60 days but there was no manufactures warranty applied.
I then promptly contacted Sheehy Ford of Ashland and requested to speak with a sales manager, I spoke with a Derrick I was unable to get his last name. He requested that I bring my vehicle to them and have them fix the issues with my vehicle as well as discuss the issue regarding the warranty. I arrived and spoke with Derrick he explained to me that they would take care of the mechanical and electrical problems with my vehicle , and that he would discuss the warranty issue with his Senior Sales manager. When Derrick came back from conversing with the Senior Sales manager he stated that they would fix my vehicle, but as far as the Ford manufactures warranty they would not be able to do anything and that I would have to either pay for an extended warranty or pay any subsequent mechanical issues out of pocket. He then explained to me that when I was purchasing the vehicle I also had the option of purchasing an extended warranty, but in fact I was not given that option nor was I informed that the original bumper to bumper manufactures warranty had expired, because if I had been informed of the fact that the vehicle did not have a warranty applied I would most likely not have purchased the vehicle because I do not buy vehicles with out some form of full vehicle warranty applied. I informed Derrick that I was told by not only the sales person Jeremy Snyder as well as the Finance Manager that the 2005 Ford Mustang I purchased had the remainder of the Ford Factory Bumper to Bumper warranty. I also informed Derrick that what Sheehy Ford and their sales and Finance department had committed was fraud in the fact that they knowingly sold me a vehicle which did not have the original manufactures warranty and they knowingly misled me to get me to purchase this vehicle. I then stated to Derrick that I would like my vehicle to be repaired as agreed and review any form of warranty they may offer.
Derrick requested that I bring my vehicle around to the service door and that he would meet me in the service department. I brought my vehicle around to the service department for them to repair the vehicle. While speaking with the service department and Derrick I requested either a service shuttle to take me home or a loaner vehicle until the repairs to my vehicle where completed and Derrick stated he would get me a loaner vehicle, after I discussed the warranty issues with a warranty and finance specialist. I spoke with this specialist and he informed me that I could purchase a 100,000 mile warranty for $1800.00 or finance it with 20% down and additional payments of $125.00 per month for 1 year with 0% interest. I informed the specialist that I was not going to pay for a warranty out of pocket and that I want what was promised per the Sales sticker, the Web advertisement, Jeremy Snyder, and the Finance Manger Brian Atkins. I then stated to the specialist that I believe my only recourse then would be to seek legal action.
While I was outside waiting for the loaner vehicle promised by Derrick , Derrick came out and stated to me that since I was looking at legal action to resolve this matter, that he was not going to provide a loaner vehicle nor would they provide a shuttle home and that I would have to sit and wait for my vehicle to be completed. Which I did for five and a half hours , time I could have spent at work or completing other errands that needed to be done.
I get serviced at Dale Jarrett Ford. They service all kinds of high end Mustangs and their showroom is very impressive.
I purchased BLACK SUNSHINE from McAdams Cars in West Allis WI. The dealer was awesome to work with and my baby was handled with what seemed to be white glove care. I highly recommend these guys.
