Default Midwest Auto Gear Radiator Extension Covers

Has anyone seen these things from Midwest yet? They hide the gap between the radiator and fenderwell. http://www.midwestautogear.com/index...=57&Itemid=132.

What do you guys think?

They don't look to bad. Kind of gives it that finished look. The shock tower covers look nice also.

Yep. I've got'em. They look great and really finish off the engine bay. They come with some plastic expanding fasteners that fit into existing holes. When I put mine in a couple of months ago, it was very cold and I broke one. They very nicely sent me two replacements.

I thought it was you but I couldn't remember. My brain is nearing capacity these days.

Great, thanks for the pic. I'm really glad now that I ordered the black ones instead of the body color. Looks much better that way. Speaking of cold...it was 80 degrees today here, but a cold front is coming thru right now (thunder booming right now and the temp has dropped to 60) and we will have highs in the 40s and lows in the 20s for about a week. Winter isn't giving up yet!

Wonder what they would look like color coded with with the polished rad cover.

I put 'em on too. Did the black to match the factor radiator cover. I like them a lot, cleans up the space. The black is supposed to be a factory match, it is close but not perfect (I'm way too much of a perfectionist though).

I also have the fuel rail covers to match the 2007 intake plenum cover, and the shock strut towers. No regrets -- well except for the price of the fuel rail covers...

I got the $59 set in standard black. I couldn't see paying the extra money for the painted set and still be able to see the grained texture under the paint.

Not quite complete yet. I've got braided hoses and blue annodized hose locks coming yet.
I also just ordered a set of the Shelby Hood pins. Now, if I could just find the right grille...

Hey $teve, did you go w/ the molded black or the matte body color? I would not get the 3rd choice which is the most $.

is there anyone else making the fuel rail covers? They are too expensive but if they are the only game in town, I guess that is the only way to go.
