I was talking to one of my friends about a few upgrades for my new 06 stamped edition mustang and he told me about this Snow Performance: Stage 2 Boost Cooler N/Aâ„¢
would this work ive yet to hear about anyone using it?

You generally use them with a super or turbocharger. I use one with my supercharger to lower IAT's.

When I was talking about upgrades for my mustang he mentioned that kit instead of a nitrous kit because he said in the long run the kit wont give nearly as much of a hp gain as nitrous but would be cheaper to use instead of refilling a tank.
now if im way out then forgive me like i said im new to all this but this does seem like a good way to boost hp without nitrous

My buddy just ordered that for his 06 Evolution IX MR.. like he said, its usually for turbo/ S/C.. but you can use it on a N/A car.. After i get my car blown, i plan on doing that in the future.. seems to be a great bang for the buck..

It'll cool IATs and give you a few HP but certainly not like a shot of nitrous.

ok well it looks like i will be going with the nitrous, seeing as my current goal for my mustang is to get it to around 260hp and if I were to get this kit id still need to spend another couple hundred to get to that point.

With a CAI/tune combo (from a decent tuner), exhaust and a set of UDP's you can probably get pretty close. Add in a cam job and you're there. Also a gear job for more giddy-up from a stop.
