Default Help!! Problems with my convertible top and power windows 2007 Mustang V6

2007 Mustang V6 Convertible

I was working in the fuse panel (installing an electrochromic mirror) and must have blown something I can't find. When I tried to put my convertible top down, the front windows went down, but the convertible top didn't go down and the rear windows wouldn't go down.

So, my front windows are down and won't go up. My rear windows don't work at all, nor does my convertible top. I'm not sure what's going on.

When I turn off and start the car again, the windows sound like they're trying to go down (although they're already down) for a second or two, but then nothing.

You have a fuse blown that is under the hood it is the one that controls several functions cant remember what number it is as my book is in the shop for the same problem.Facing the engine it is on the row closest to the inside of wheel well. It is between two circuit breakers.I wasnt lucky as it shorted my window motor and warranty is taking care of it. I tried the unhooking the battery and it didnt work. What you are hearing is the fuel pump starting.
