Several weeks ago my battery died on my mustang with the window halfway down. I hooked up the battery charger got in the car and with the door open rolled the window all the way up. Normally when the door is opened the window drops slightly (due to being a frameless window on a convertible), then rises into place when the door is closed. It no longer does this. Door won't close with the window all the way up. When the door is closed and I roll it up into place it automatically rolls halfway down. How do I fix this? If I disconnect the battery for a few minutes with the door closed and window up will it reset?
