Default 4.10 for 7.5in V6

A while back a posted a thread about what mods to make to get me faster. Quite a few people suggested "4.10's" What exactly does that mean? How difficult/Time consuming is an install like that

4.10 gears wont increase horsepower but they will increase torque. Gear ratio is the amount of times the drive shaft turns compared to the amount of times your wheels turn. With a 4.10 gear, your drive shaft will turn 4.10 times for every 1 wheel revolution. This is not a do it yourself mod unless you are very mechanically inclined. You might be better of buying a take off rear end with 4.10 gears and a Tloc. If you are brave enough to take on the task of doing it yourself this will help.

Good luck!

dont dare do gear installs urself. ull get terrible results, espceially if ur inexperienced. save ur money and get a gts 8.8. itll come w/ t-lock and u could order one that has the 4.10s in it already.
