You should give Mike Bowen a call at Powerhouse and get his take.

Is it going to be a dedicated race car or a daily driver that goes to the track on occasion?

Whoops, and depending upon your answer....how much can you actually spend all at once?? Of course you can do it in stages but some mods might eventually get tossed out.

thats who i've been talking to, i like the fact that he answers all my questions and spends time on the phone with me instead of rushing me off but the only thing im disappointed about is that, i asked him twice to send me an invoice of my purchase and he says that he will that day but has yet to....

I'd look into an SCT tuner/CAI combo. The SCT/JLT II combo from Brenspeed is very good. As for exhaust... Do you plan to keep the single exhaust or change to duals?

look into long tube headers, shorty headers are not worth the money

That would require him to go with duals (except with considerable fabrication). At least the shorty headers will allow him to retain the stock exhaust. But I agree, other than the improved looks with shorty headers, the stock manifolds are just fine.

full exhaust is Headers+mid pipe+axlebacks

Axleback= Muffler and Exhaust tip
