Diablosport programmer question.

Hey, im on my second programmer (i had a hypertech and it was very simple, but wouldnt work on the V6 yet) so i bought a diablosport one, but it doesnt come with any wires and im having a hard time getting my computer to read it. My car is a 2008 v6, but when i plug the serial port-usb cable in it wont read the tuner. The instructions with it dont seem helpful at all and i Emailed the company and got no responce. so basically what exactly do i need to do/buy to make it work? i hear good things about them so i dont want to bring it back, but its getting frustrating. any help at all would be great

Do you have the software installed on your PC?

my box didnt come with a CD in it, would it load the software rite off the tuner? or did i get jipped? the shop i deal with is really good and would for sure exchange it if its supposed to have something i didnt get. so am i missing anything?

Check DiabloSport for the necessary software.
