doesn't sound like John although he responds MUCH faster to email than phone and his voice message says as much. I usually get an answer to my questions within 1-2 days by email and my order process was fast and easy.

So between bama chips, evolution performance and John P Demolet, who has the best gains? youre looking from 500 to over 650 for a tune, which one is the best. evolution performance and bamachips are pretty similair. the comment was made that "bamachips is sportier" do you mean faster off the line?

to be honest your probably not going to see a HUGE difference between bamachips and evolution. im not sure which place has the better tunes, etc but whether one does or not, it's not going to be a big difference. maybe a cuple horsepower at most

I am considering installing a CAI on my 2006 V6 and I have some questions.
Do the aftermarket CAI’s cool the air only?
Do they increase the volume of air?
Do they do both?
If they increase the volume of air, can the system sensors compensate for the increase?
(I don’t want to retune the engine).
Also, will the CAI increase noise levels from air intake?

They do both but primarily increase the volume. Some, like the K&N, can be run without retuning.
