Well, I tapped my friends truck in the back and it made a bit of a dent. It's really not that bad but its bad enough to where I really want to fix it. Should I just get a body shop to fix it or replace the hood?

Where is the dent? Maybe a paintless dent repair place could fix it. Can you post a picture?

if its not repairable, getting a new hood will cost you well into the 1,000's i believe. hoods are not cheap and neither is the pain for them.

Go, as has been suggested and the dent is not too serious to a "paintless" dent repair place. Amazing, but they really work. We have a place called "Carsmetics" here in Tampa and they are really magicians. They have one in Marietta, GA too.

If you go to newtakeoff.com they have replacement hoods for like $500 they mght have your color too!
