Default 05-08 Clutch Quadrant Question

During my time searching on the internet for the coolest thing to add to my mustang, I came across a part called a "clutch quadrant." My brother has a 08 Mustang V6 and has complained about the way the clutch travels, the feel is very non-linear. The resistance changes as you press the pedal, soft for a little bit then hard then soft again until the pedal is fully pressed. My 05 clutch feel is nothing like this.

I recently came across this clutch quadrant part and thought that maybe this could be the answer. It is a quarter of a circle with a groove along the outside that looks like it could hold a cable. If this part was not exactly round but oval shaped, It would do what I am talking about with my brother's clutch. I just haven't found anything that explains what it is.

Anyway my question is, could a clutch quadrant be to blame or do mustangs even have those anymore? Hydraulic clutches and all. I come to you, the mustang elite, for answers.

Unfortunately not on a hydraulic clutch. They are completely self-adjusting.

So I should tell him there's no fix for the way the clutch pedal feels?

That's one problem with a self-adjusting hydraulic clutch, there's no cable to adjust.
