Default cleared check engine light, now she hesitating

Found an exhaust sensor dc'd. plugged it in and the check engine light cleared.

Ok, here's the prob. While driving to work today, I noticed a serious hesitation and loss of power before 4k rpms. at 4k I feel some serious kick (like normal).

I'm sure it's a connection loose or something of that nature, but I just love hitting you guys up and getting opinions

When was the last time you cleaned your MAF and throttle body?

MAF??? LOL (no really, don't know what it is).

And no.

After work today I pulled the sensor I connected yesterday and she was back to norm. Well exept for the engine light being back on. I had started her up to see if removing the sensore would clear the rough idle. It did. I checked my harness and it seems I may have crossed the connectors. I tried to pull the other one and swap em, but I had ran her for a minute or so and burnt the S out of my arm, lol.

Figured I'd wait till she's cool.

thanks.

Sounds like you may have a bad O2 sensor then. What was the code?

It's possible I could have damaged the wires pulling the trany.

Don't have a tune/code reader.

Gonna swap the connectors in a few here. I'll keep you posted.

Woo hoo!!!!! She's back to norm

Uncrossed the wire harness and connected both O2 sensors. Ran great, but still had the engine light.

Dc'd the neg cable from the battery for 15 min and all is clear

Thanks for all the help!

It's nice to know there's a place to through crap like this out there!

Super... Your O2s were sending bad readings to the PCM so it wasn't adjusting the fuel properly.

I had a problem like that and it turned out I had carbon build up and a bad fuel pump.
