So..as the title states

How do I get my headunit off? O_O

There are quite a few posts on her about how to do it- if you search you can probably find one with photos even.

Basically, the first thing you have to do is remove the cup holder part of the center console. There are two screws under the lid of the storage compartment. Cnce these are out, just pull the top part back out from under the head unit and off (it helps to have the car in neutral for this if you have an automatic.)

Next you pull off the trim pieces on either side of the radio. They are just held in with clips. Now you've exposed the screws that hold the head unit in and you're good to go.

You could always use a 10" flat head screw driver and pry it out like some thief did to my first Alpine CDA-9856... >:|

Then again, maybe not... :P
