Default "Loading" the Suspension for LCA install, 2007 Mustang V6

Hi,
I am considering adding new Lower Control Arms to my car ('07 Mustang V-6 Auto). The installation seems pretty straight forward. However, I am not certain exactly what it means to "load" the suspension prior to torquing the suspension hardware. How do you properly load the suspension with the car on jack stands?...floor jack under the rear axle?
Also, does anyone have the part number for the Ford bolts that need to be replaced in order to install the LCAs. I read that the fasteners are single use. I'd like to order the hardware and have it onhand when my LCAs arrive.
Thanks in advance for your assistance!!

To "load" the suspension simply means that the full weight of the car must be on the tires. In other words, the car has to be on the ground or on blocks. As for the hardware, the only place I know of to get the correct size is from the dealer. Just go to the parts department and order them. I understand they will cost somewhere around $50. Or get the size and go to a good hardware store and buy grade 8 bolts and nuts. Don't go cheap, you need the tensil strength of grade 8 bolts. I also know of people who have re-used the bolts and just bought new nuts with no problems.

Load the suspension by putting the axle on jackstands.

I have all the bolts coming. Now the UCA … you can't torque the bolt unless you lower the tank? I've searched all over and it seems to be a problem.

That's only if you replace the bracket (which really is not necessary).
