so for my senior graduation gift, i think im getting a supercharger ($3,200 with an intercooler and install). i have about an extra grand to spare, so im probably going to get the gt rear end with 4.10s and t-lock. but what else would be a good idea to get with the supercharger so i dont blow up anything. thanks

Wow, for my graduation present I got a handshake and a 'good luck out there.'
I'd say that the GT rear end will probably eat up most if not all of your 'extra grand.' They run close to a grand before shipping ($850+) add shipping and unless you're installing yourself you probably wont be able to afford it.
If you are installing yourself you just might make it though...

I bought my GT take off 8.8 from newtakeoff.com and it came with the right pinion flange for the V-6 installed already. I think the price was about the same between them and v6mustangstuff. I had mine shipped directly to the shop that installed it. I paid around $250 for the install. You'll definitely save money if you have the tools and the space to do it yourself.

You need the V-6 pinion flange to mate up the GT rear end to your V-6 driveshaft.

I've also read its a good idea to get an aluminum driveshaft for a little added strength (plus a safety loop) since the stock driveshaft isn't designed for the extra stress. That may be a little over budget though with the driveshaft being about $500 from shaftmasters and a safety loop being about $200.
