Default 2007 mustang v6 - SLP or AT?

Alright, I recently removed my muffler (which btw is loud as hell and the best sound ive ever heard)...however In order to avoid any illegal mods, I need to order some mufflers to replace the stock

I've heard good things from the American Thunders by Flowmaster, and Good things from the SLP loudmouths.

I'm looking for loud...VERY loud, but I also want a nice tone. I only have the stock y-pipe right now, but im getting the 2 muffs for the future.

So any suggestiosn on deciding? I want as close to "no muffler" sound as i can get and not get a shitty sound

That sounds too much like a v8 to me, i'd have to see under the hood to believe its a v6. Especially a 3.8l v6.

But back to the original question. I have to stay loyal to Flowmaster and vote for the American Thunders because I think they sound great. The Loudmouths would be neat too but they're basically the same as not having a muffler. What i'm saying is that they're not a muffler at all, they're a straight pipe with polished tips.

I dont know if running without a muffler is illegal or not where you're at but if it is then running Loudmouths would most likely be illegal too although I dont know if anyone would really stop you for it.

It would be more cost effective for you to visit a muffler shop and have them bend 2 straight pipes to fit, add hangers and polished tips to them and call it a day rather than spending probably 3x as much on Loudmouths.
