Hey guys, I installed pypes headers about 2 months ago, and ever since I noticed a lot of air escaping, and I couldn't find it, well I did its coming from the Header where the line connects, I dont know what the purpose of the line, but I know air is leaking, Is this dangerous to leave as is, or do I need to tighten the bolt more, and trust me its not going to be easy....
The picture below shows what Im talking about, Its circled in red and pointed with an arrow?
it looks like thats where your o2 sensor goes in at

If it's at the bottom of the header it should be you O2 sensor. If it's at the top it could be part of where the emissions screw into. I cant realy tell by the pic. you have hope this helps
There is no exhaust gas return on the S197 so it has to be the O2 bung. Probably just the sensor not tightened properly.
Its a V6 and they still have a EGR valve. Loosen the EGR supply tube (that's what it's called) at the EGR valve and the header. Make the nut at the header finger tight then finger tight at the valve, then go back and tighten the header nut and then the valve. Don't overtighten the nuts (also antisieze at the nuts will help in the future).
