Default Battery going dead! 3 1/2 amp power draw.

For over a week now, my battery has been going dead over night. At first, I thought it was because it sat for four days. Been driving it every day now and the problem's getting worse. Today, I took it to JBA and let them look at it. Found a 3 1/2 amp draw on the battery when the key is out. Also found that when fuse 59 is removed, the draw drops to normal. Maybe about 1/2 amp.
Fuse 59 goes to the smart junction box. When the fuse is put back in, the amp draw stays normal (1/2 amp) for a while. Opening and closing the door a bunch of times to make the window pop up&down triggers the 3 1/2 amp draw. Removing the fuse and putting it back seems to reset things back to normal until something like the power windows is used a few times.
What do you guys think of this?
Has anybody had to replace the SJB?
Is it maybe one of the circuits running off the SJB? Or a stuck switch?

I had to use my Hyundai (daily driver) to jumpstart my '06 Mustang two days in a row and my '94 GT is still not up to reliability yet.
This doesn't look good in front of the neighbors- Please Help!

sounds like the sjb..i had the same problem but it happened while i was driving...turned out it was my alternator...if you have any perf. mods id take em off and take it to ford..theyll cover it and they should already know about the sjb problem so it would be no problem to fix and seal it
