Hi, on the 2006 V6 to the 2006 V8 conversion, there is a problem with the computer hook up. Off the computer is the [oval] plug; the one that controls the o2 senors, the difference on the v8 is that it is [square]. Do they make a conversion for this??? Has anyone done this before?? Any help in this matter is much appreciated. The transition is at a stand still. Thank YOu

I would just get a V8 harnes.

I contacted Mike at Powerhouse@411.com and the difference is in 2005 they used a round plug in; and in 2006 they used a square plug in. Ford did not even know about this; only that there were two different ones. No clue to round or square.

Well that stinks. And I'm sure there's no way to adapt it either
