Hey guys, I recently purchased an exhaust off a 05 gt. The exhaust i bought came directly off the gt, the guy unbolted the system where the headers mate to the x pipe. I own an 07 v6. Im wondering if the gt exhaust will bolt directly to the v6 header flange. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I don't know if the spacing will line up, but you'll be one bung short for O2 sensors- the GT has one in the exhaust manifold instead of the pipe.
I too used a GT exhaust. I mated mine after the hangers downstream of the cats. The GT H-pipe will slide over the V-6 Y-pipe. I cut it and had it welded.
