Default 2006 V6 pony package window tinting

Now I have seen some conversation about window tinting, but I have yet to find a answer would some one please inform me.....
I have a 2006 Mustang just had the windows tinted two weeks ago. The fist time I rolled down the windows scratches all up and down drivers door pass. door was fine Had them replace the tint on driver side door now window stuck up until I find out what I need to have done to keep it from scratching the tint.. Some one help please

I'm doing the mole skin thing this weekend. It gets hot here in TX, I need some tint. I heard it works great.

I had the same problem and had the company who did my tint replace the trim along the window at the bottom and problem solved. Cost more though
