I need to find some way to A. slow down the rust or destroy the rust that affects my baby's belly, but isn't difficult to place or do B. find some sort of high heat black paint that could be placed on a flowmaster muffler to cover up some scrapes that randomly appeared. I found some stuff that turns rust into black primer at my Wal-Mart but idk how well that works... I live at a beach and salt water just kills things here... The dealership said that my suspension and under belly had like a 100k mile max life expectancy at the rate it was rusting. Luckily i will be moving, but once rust starts it seems to never stop. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advanced!

look at eastmans.com. they have a selection of paints & inhibiters that will do what you want

There is also an electrical system that you can attach to the car that will change the metal's properties so it won't rust.
